Oil Pan & Gasket Replacement
Common Leaks
It is known on the 7.3 powerstrokes that one of the biggest issues with them as they get older is the oil pan tends to rust causing pinhole leaks or the gasket starts leaking oil. The only way to fix this is to remove the engine. We offer oil pan & gasket replacements using Moroso products so that your pan never leaks again. Offering this service at an industry low price. We also recommend replacing oil cooler o-rings or any other seal that appears to be leaking while the engine is out.
Injector Installs
Stock Replacements Or Bigger
DPR Diesel Performance & Repair has done a countless amount of injector installs on 7.3 powerstrokes. We will gladly install stock or recommended higher cc injectors from Full Force Diesel for your 7.3! We recommend if you have yet to replace glow plugs we do so while the valve covers are off!

Not exactly sure whats wrong with your 7.3? Feel free to drop it off at DPR where we will accurately diagnose the problem and replace what is faulty. We will fix anything on your 7.3 down to the bare block. Have a fleet of trucks and cant keep up with general maintenance? We can also cover that offering oil changes every 5k miles and fuel filter changes every 15k miles.
Transmission Replacement & Clutch Replacement

Here at DPR we are by no means shy of the transmissions put in these old powerstrokes! It is very common the stock automatic e4od/4r100's tend to go out on these 7.3's! Although we do not rebuild automatics YET we will gladly source a good used or remanufactured/built automatic and install it to replace your blown automatic. We are very experienced at replacing autos at fair price! Ask us about it. We also cannot leave out the 7.3's equipped with the ZF6 Manual! Here at DPR we are experienced at replacing clutches/flywheels with factory or performance clutches. For performance clutches we use and recommend South Bend Clutch kits.
Suspension Repair & Lift Kit Installs

At DPR we specialize in Ford truck suspensions from 1999-2004 on f-250's/F-350's. Anything that the customer feels/wants replaced involving the suspension on the truck we can replace. This include pitman arms, drag links, track bars, leaf springs, sway bar links, wheel bearings, ball joints, etc. Not sure whats wrong with your truck but hear clunking? Drop it off at DPR and we will find the problem and replace it accurately. WE ALSO INSTALL LIFT KITS! If you are interested in lifting your truck we can source a lift kit within your budget and professionally install it. We have lifted 99-04 Superduty's up to 10 inches! Have a lift kit already but want us to install it? We will gladly do that.

With our full engine builds we will completely freshen up every known common leak area on a 7.3 with new seals. We are experienced in installing T-4 turbo kits, valve springs, pushrods, headstuds, big injectors, and custom tuning. The options are endless.
